Extending the flexibility of a premier brand

Commonwealth Orthopaedic Associates wanted to launch a new Web site, which clearly communicated the practice’s main message: It is the premier group of orthopaedic specialists in Berks County.

The doctors called on the marketing experts at The Anderson Group to partner in the creation of a new online brand presence. We developed and redesigned the site from a simple six-pager to an extensively built-out site that informs patients of the practice’s services, locations and staff.

In addition, patients can learn about the office’s new-patient procedures, services and joint reconstruction. Our recommendations included the complete redesign of the site, development of the site architecture, graphic and copywriting content development, and management of the site programmers, the quality control, and the site launch.

Business impact
Today, new patients have an easier time finding the critical information they need, including office locations, physician backgrounds, and new-patient information forms that they can fill out prior to an initial visit. The Web site has not only saved time for the patient, but for COA as well. They now have fewer phone calls because many answers can be found on the site and they have been able to increase the number of patients they see per day because patients come prepared with their paperwork already filled out.
