Administrative Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist duties, answer phones and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Process and maintain new jobs, timesheets, purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, monthly sales tax filing and financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Monitor cash flow, highlight controllable costs with suggestions on how to improve financial results
- Assist in human resources related functions—benefits, policies and procedures
- Perform general clerical duties—filing, copying, shipping, mail distribution, postage and petty cash
- Assess inventory and storage of office supplies, includes staff requests and special orders
- Arrange company travel by booking airfare, hotels, rental cars, and driving directions
- Manage and negotiate contractual vendor relationship—cleaning service, office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Report malfunction of office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair
- Maintain master database and complete daily computer backup
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum associate degree in business administration or related field
- Five years experience in bookkeeping, office management or human resources
- Ideal candidate will also have experience in marketing/advertising industry
- Computer proficient; strong skills necessary in Microsoft—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Team player with ability to also work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be very well organized, detail-oriented and able to professionally handle stress
- Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills–internal and external
- Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as the ability to effectively proofread
- Must have a proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to assume greater responsibility
Senior Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a deep understanding of client’s business and industry to provide proactive, strategic marketing recommendations
- Maintain daily communication with assigned client team members to facilitate project implementation
- Understand all details of client projects to effectively communicate clear and complete project parameters to internal creative team
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide alternative ideas and solutions to client, when appropriate
- Provide ongoing project status updates to client
- Review all jobs for consistency with brand strategy and client direction
- Present concepts/work to client in a timely, professional and persuasive manner
- Prepare client status reports and budget updates, as well as coordinate invoicing
- Work with Sales Manager to identify opportunities for new business within assigned accounts as well as prospecting new clients
Desired Skills & Experience:
- BS/BA degree in marketing/communications/advertising or related field
- Minimum seven to ten years experience in marketing/advertising
- Ideal candidate will also have experience in the financial services/banking industry
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team player with ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, production-intensive environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills – internal and external
- Understanding of strategic marketing communications that grow client business
- Demonstrated account leadership, initiative and willingness to assume greater responsibility
Senior Art Director/Interactive Designer
Key Responsibilities:

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Five to eight years minimum experience working in a creative, collaborative environment
- Portfolio of exceptional visual design work and interactive samples, including website URLs
- Digital skills a must; interactive agency experience a plus
- Proficiency in Flash, HTML5, InDesign and Photoshop
- Hands-on experience designing for social platforms including Facebook and Twitter
- Knowledge of design implications and issues for mobile, including Adobe Air, APP design and creation, and platforms such as OS and Android tablets
- Experience with strategic brainstorming and campaign development
- Experience creating new brands, their identities and standards
- Ability to think differently and produce the unexpected
