Commonwealth Orthopaedic Associates (COA) is known as the place “Where the Pros Go.” Faced with many opportunities and challenges to capitalize on its brand, COA turned to the pros at The Anderson Group to create a strategic approach that would help it execute a multi-media faceted Marketing/PR plan for 2007.
COA’s vision was to build upon their reputation as the area’s premier orthopedics practice with clients from the Reading Phillies to the Reading Royals hockey team. The Anderson Group developed an integrated plan, which included brochures, advertising, public relations, sponsorships and a reinvigorated online presence.
We redesigned the COA Web site to reflect and promote the COA brand voice. The new site was designed to be user-friendly and informational, while convey their premier status to everyone—from professional players to weekend warriors. New patients download history forms, get prescription refills and make appointment requests online. The in-depth bios of doctors and therapists enable new patients to become familiar with their caretakers before their first appointment. This site launched with high marks from new and existing patients.
